Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at info_gloarik@126.com. Returns should be sent to our designated return center. The return address will be provided after your return request is approved. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues  
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-returnable items  
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items (not due to quality issues)
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Return Shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
